Tous engagés

"Tous engagés" for your solidarity projects

The Tous Engagés (All Involved) approach for your solidarity projects was created to respond to requests for solidarity actions from employees.

Solidarity initiatives, mobilization in response to the war in Ukraine, the COVID-19 pandemic... On numerous occasions, employees have mobilized and shown that solidarity is part of their values. Altarea therefore wants to provide the opportunity to support its employees' personal solidarity projects.

Creation of a network of CSR ambassadors.

In 2021, the Group established a network of operational CSR ambassadors, open to motivated employees from all brands and professions, whose mission is to be the spokesperson for the Group's CSR strategy and news.
